A Positive Mission

Sethi Management’s mission is to manage outstanding hotels, retail stores, and restaurants. To invest in and develop profitable real estate and continue our growth. To provide our associates a positive work experience each day. To ensure that each of our guests receives professional and friendly service. To deliver optimum results for our owners and investors. To grow in profitability so we can give back to our community.

JP Sethi is the founder and core leader of all that Sethi Management has accomplished. He was born and raised in New Delhi, India and moved to the United States in 1976 in hopes for a brighter future. Mr. Sethi began his business with convenience stores and later expanded to hotels, restaurants, and real estate. With over 40 years of experience, he plans to continue his development in retail and hospitality. His desire is to not only grow personally, but also to educate and empower those around him. Mr. Sethi thrives on challenges and unique deals, looking for ways to stay ahead of the curve. He has been highly active in local community projects such as the Hindu Temple of Fresno, Shri Mandir of San Diego, Crime Stoppers of Fresno, Foundation for Clovis Schools, and Interfaith Alliance of the Central Valley.  He also served on the Board of Directors for The Security First Bank of Fresno and is the founder of the American Petroleum and Convenience Store Association (APCA). Mr. Sethi constantly seeks to grow his knowledge and experiences through his business and by volunteering his time and resources to his communities.


The Sethi Family has successfully owned and operated over 75 businesses across a diversified portfolio, which includes convenience stores, hotels, restaurants, tanning salons, and commercial real estate. We specialize in managing hospitality and retail businesses efficiently while optimizing profitability and nurturing loyalty with our investors, franchise partners, guests, and associates. Sethi Management continues to strive for success by building its management structure, developing its executive team, and staying loyal to its values.
